COVID-19 Policy for Bridal Beauty Inc.

To all of our Bridal Beauty couples who have a wedding planned during the current times, our hearts go out to you!

We know how disappointing it is to put your wedding on hold. We want to help you navigate this uncertain time in any way we can, by doing our best to book you an alternate date.

Terms and Conditions for moving non-refundable deposits:

The quick answer is this: IF YOUR WEDDING IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED, we are offering our current brides the option of a one-time transfer of your non-refundable deposit to any available date within one year of the cancelled event date, on a first come, first served basis.

Once you have contacted us, we can offer to put a ‘soft hold’ on your chosen reschedule date, if available, until you have final confirmation. An amendment will be initiated at the time of final confirmation of a date change. Please note: a ‘soft hold’ means the date is not confirmed until we have a signed amendment to the current agreement. If we receive another bridal inquiry for the same date, we will contact you and offer you the right of first refusal, at which point you will have 24 hours to decide if you’d like to confirm the new date. If you are booking into 2022, a new contract (with either current or new rates, depending on circumstance listed below), will be required.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy with Bridal Beauty, Inc.

The client is responsible for payment of the number of services indicated in their original contract. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will be charged for the full amount as indicated in the original contract. Deposits are always non-refundable.

Force Majeure with Bridal Beauty, Inc.

Neither Party shall be responsible for any failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond that Party’s reasonable control, including act of God, war, riot, acts of civil/military authorities, fire, floods, or labour strikes. Should the Event be cancelled due to a Force Majeure event, the Parties shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule within one year of the cancelled Event. The non-refundable retainer, and any other instalments, shall be retained by Bridal Beauty for the new date, although the Client will be responsible for any additional costs or fees due to the reschedule. Deposits are always non-refundable.
