Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. It's the responsibility of the named person on the contact form to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions.

SERVICES: The type of services, number of services, date and location of services provided by Bridal Beauty are agreed to by both parties as stated by in the agreed upon written quote provided by the Bridal Beauty once a deposit for that quote has been received. The Client must notify Bridal Beauty as soon as possible of any additional services required on the date. Bridal Beauty reserves the right to refuse the provision of services which are additional to those specified in the quote and not agreed to prior to the date of service. Where TBC is written for a service date in the quote provided, Bridal Beauty will endeavor to provide that service on a date that is preferable to the client, however, the provision of that service is subject to the Artist’s availability.

BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a deposit of 50% is required.  The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after three (3) days have elapsed from the date of payment receipt. Please be advised, dates and scheduled client times will only be reserved once a deposit is received.

HAIR & MAKEUP TRIAL: All trials are to take place at our Brush Studio in Beamsville. Hair and makeup trials are recommended to make sure you’re going to look perfect on your big day. We do one look during the trial and complete it to perfection. We will do as much styling as we can in trial sessions (90 minutes for makeup, 90 minutes for hairstyling). Trials per 30 mins (after the first 90 minutes will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes. A second trial can be booked subject to availability, the same charges as your first trial will apply. Trials are not compulsory but are recommended, without a trial we will not accept responsibility if a chosen style or look does not work on a wedding day or there are circumstances where there is a mismatch in styles, approach, or expectations, and a refund will not be offered. 7 days prior notice must be given if you wish to cancel or reschedule your trial date. In the likely event that we have turned away alternative bookings to accommodate your trial, you will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel a booking following a trial, without a refund of the deposit, in circumstances where there is a mismatch in styles, approach, expectations and/or the client is uncooperative, not open to suggestions or makes any member of our team feel uncomfortable. It is advisable that you familiarize yourself with our work portfolio and ensure you are confident with our capabilities and style are appropriate before securing a booking. We do not allow trials on Saturday's due to weddings. 

HAIR EXTENSIONS: Are you dreaming of a long and flowing bridal hair? or a seriously stylish up-do that requires lots of volume? Then you might have considered having hair extensions for your wedding. If you have fine, thin hair and are struggling to grow your hair fast enough for your big day or you simply want to make sure you can create the hairstyle you want, we highly suggest having hair extensions. Please inform us prior to your trial so we can order in the correct colour and advise you on pricing. A Fee of $10-$20 on the wedding day will apply for each person who has them installed by a Stylist and paid to the Stylist directly. 

​EARLY MORNING WEDDINGS: $50 per 30 mins apply before 7am.

ASSISTANT FEE: If you would like to reduce the time taken to complete all service, an assistant would be recommended for an additional flat fee of $100 + travel fee costs.

​WET HAIR: A $50  additional blow out fee will apply on the wedding day if someone has wet wet hair and needs a blowout. 

ALLERGIES AND HYGIENE:  Bridal Beauty is not responsible for any reactions to makeup. If you or your bridal party are suffering from any type of contagious illness including, but not limited to, conjunctivitis, eye styles/cysts, cold sores, open wounds/cuts on the face and neck, staph infection, head lice, or a flu or other contagious illness, I need to be informed as a matter of urgency and reserve the right to refuse service of any infectious person. This is a precaution taken in order to ensure non-contamination.

​BOOKING TIMES: Each service requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed the time limit due to client delays either during or prior to hair or makeup application. All persons involved in appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of that appointment in order to not break the contract. All services for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time.

​DELAYS: A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled service exceeds allotted time because of client delays.

​SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: When performing the Services, the Artist/Stylist will use her own supplies and equipment. The Client must have power supply if requested, adequate natural lighting, and clean and safe conditions for the Artist to work in. If the Artist deems that the environment is not of an adequate sanitary or safety standards to work in, the Artist reserves the right to refuse their services and the deposit will not be refunded or transferable.

FINAL PAYMENT: The person responsible for the entire balance of the payment is the person who has agreed to the Terms & Conditions and is due 7 days prior to the event. Credit Card, Cash or Email Transfer is excepted. 


​PARKING FEES: Where parking or valet fees may be incurred, will be due on the day of the event. 

​TRAVEL FEE: Travel fees may be incurred depending on the return distance of travel required. This amount specified in the quotation and is determined according to the location provided at the time of enquiry. If the location of the service changes after the agreed upon quotation is given and/or deposit is paid, the Artist reserves the right to adjust the travel feel if the distance is increased.

​CANCELLATIONS: In the event that the Client cancels the services before the event, the Client will not receive a refund of the deposit. All deposited monies paid by client will be refunded if services are cancelled within three (2) days of deposit received. After the two-day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service specified in the quotation, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If a Artist/Stylist cancel at any time or is unable to perform her duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded within two (2) weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to Bridal Beauty.

​LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: Client holds the Artist/Stylist harmless for any claim, loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising, either directly or indirectly, from the Artist's performance.

​LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

​PRIVACY: The Artist/Stylist takes the Client’s privacy seriously and will not divulge or discuss any details regarding your booking or your personal details with anyone not directly connected with your booking. All details collected are for the sole purpose of providing the best possible service to the Client. After the booking has concluded, the Clients details will be kept securely for a maximum of three (3) years in accordance with Ontario's taxation requirements. The Artist will never knowingly give or sell your information to a third party.

​USE OF IMAGES & COPYRIGHT: Bridal Beauty may use images on its website and/or in any advertising media is deems appropriate. The Client also agrees to release the name and contact information to Only Bridal Beauty of professional photographers and/or videographers used for recording any event for which Bridal Beauty has been contracted to provide services for. Please let us know in advance by written email if you do not wish to be photographed or if you are not happy for us to use your images for  social media purposes,  all staff  will be notified. We do not show images from trials until after the wedding day and you will not be tagged in any such image on social networking sites, but are welcome to tag yourself. We refrain from asking for ‘before & after’ photos but are very grateful for volunteers.

We are happy to be photographed on your wedding day however, any photo image incorporating our team in action, or our hair and/or make-up design, on the internet or on any other advertisement, must make reference or credit us as Bridal Beauty- @mobilebridalbeauty​



(a) In the event the Client fails to pay any periodic or instalment payments due, Bridal Beauty may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of dispute.

(b) Bridal Beauty shall not be liable for any delay or non-performance due to circumstances beyond the Artist/Stylist Bridal Beauty's control.

(c) The Artist's/Stylist's are independent contractors and not an employee of Client.

(d) Any changes to this document must be agreed upon in writing by both the Bridal Beauty and the Client prior to payment of the deposit by the Client.

(e) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Bridal Beauty, and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. By paying the deposit, the Client agrees that they have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined above. The Client also understands that the Client will be financially responsible for self, along with bridal party and all deposit(s) made are non-refundable. 

IN THE EVENT  WE CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING: In the unlikely event that we, as a team, cannot attend on the day of your wedding due to unforeseen and unfortunate events or circumstances, all payments will be immediately refunded (including deposit). We will work with you to find an alternative reputable stylist/artist or salon to cater for your requirements however; any such booking will remain solely the responsibility of yourself. If we are forced to cancel within 4 weeks of your wedding day we will accept to pay up to $200  for any additional costs involved in securing and alternative hairdresser or Makeup Artist to perform your requirements as stated on the original booking form. Please note that we will only accept invoice/receipts from legitimate qualified hairdressers and/or Artists working from an established business in order to claim for these additional costs. If one of our team is unable to attend on the day, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will immediately try to find an alternative freelance stylist/artist to stand in. If this is not possible we will ask for an earlier start time to accommodate original numbers, or will refund services, which are forfeited in part, or altogether, as a result. No further compensation will be offered.
