Policies

​

• A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve a date.

• A trial session does not ensure a booking.

• For larger groups the listed rates include the services of additional artists and/or assistants.  

• If a additional assistance is required due to time constraints outside the control of the artist an additional assistant fee may apply.  

• Once a deposit has been accepted no services can be deducted from the invoice.

• Client will be held responsible for all services originally agreed upon under the terms of the contract. 

• We cannot guarantee availability for any additional add on services after the initial booking.

Travel Fees

Payment

• Payment is collected 1 week prior to the final event date.
